Meet with Kim to discuss the wedding favors/chocolate display of your dreams. We will use this time (approx 1 hr) to sample the flavors from the standard menu, and brainstorm flavors, designs, and packaging to fit your theme. Unique shapes, monogrammed bonbons, or bars with more intricate designs, the sky is the limit. Tasting includes complimentary tea of your choice. Please email info@formosachocolates.com to schedule a time. Price is for meeting at the kitchen in San Rafael, but I can travel for an additional fee.

Care information

Our chocolate is best kept in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight and strong-smelling food. The ideal conditions are 55°F to 65°F and around 50% humidity. A wine fridge is a perfect storage solution!

For longer-term storage (up to 6 months), you can freeze them by following these steps:

  • Wrap the entire box tightly in several layers of plastic wrap.
  • Store in the freezer.
  • When ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer and allow to reach room temperature before unwrapping. (This is critical to prevent sugar or fat bloom—the rough, grayish texture.)

Thawed bonbons should be enjoyed within 2 weeks.
