Pearl Guava is the most perfumey and vegetal of fruits. Taste the entire universe in a single bite. This fruit has so little sugar that we need to add a touch to ensure it’s properly preserved. Delicious with a cup of oolong tea.
This product is part of a line of dried fruit created via crowdfunding on Kickstarter (opens in a new tab) to support Taiwanese farmers vulnerable to trade volatility between Taiwan and China. We work directly with farmers and farmer-owned coops to source, purchase, and package the fruit.

Care information
Our chocolate is best kept in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight and strong-smelling food. The ideal conditions are 55°F to 65°F and around 50% humidity. A wine fridge is a perfect storage solution!
For longer-term storage (up to 6 months), you can freeze them by following these steps:
- Wrap the entire box tightly in several layers of plastic wrap.
- Store in the freezer.
- When ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer and allow to reach room temperature before unwrapping. (This is critical to prevent sugar or fat bloom—the rough, grayish texture.)
Thawed bonbons should be enjoyed within 2 weeks.
