A celebration of Taiwanese identity, craftsmanship, and the flavors that connect us to our heritage.
Created in honor of President Tsai Ing-wen’s visit to San Francisco, this limited collection of handcrafted bonbons celebrates the distinctive flavors and culinary heritage of Taiwan.
The box features single-origin dark chocolate from Pingtung, Taiwanese Tie Guan Yin tea, Taiwanese-grown coffee, Kavalan whisky, pineapple cake, black sesame, passionfruit, and longan. A particularly special addition is our cilantro and lime bonbon, created as a playful tribute to President Tsai’s well-documented love of cilantro.
Our first small batch of Presidential Bonbon Collections sold out incredibly quickly, and we're so grateful for the enthusiastic response and your support of our fundraiser for the Formosan Association for Public Affairs (FAPA)! We donated $5000 to FAPA with the funds raised!
Since then, we've received many requests from those hoping to share these special chocolates with family and loved ones over Thanksgiving. We're delighted to announce that we'll be offering a second, limited batch of Presidential Bonbon Collections, freshly made just in time for the holiday!
Please note: This is a PRE-ORDER for Thanksgiving week, beginning November 22. These chocolates will be made fresh for the occasion and will not be available for pickup or delivery before that week.
Thank you again for the overwhelming love and support you've shown this very special collection!

Our chocolate is best kept in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight and strong-smelling food. The ideal conditions are 55°F to 65°F and around 50% humidity. A wine fridge is a perfect storage solution!
For longer-term storage (up to 6 months), you can freeze them by following these steps:
- Wrap the entire box tightly in several layers of plastic wrap.
- Store in the freezer.
- When ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer and allow to reach room temperature before unwrapping. (This is critical to prevent sugar or fat bloom—the rough, grayish texture.)
Thawed bonbons should be enjoyed within 2 weeks.
