Our Earl Grey Lavender bar starts with blending our house dark milk chocolate with fragrant Earl Grey tea and a dash of bergamot oil, grinding in our Melanger for a full day until it is silky smooth. This exquisite chocolate is then finished with dried culinary lavender buds for a sophisticated and luxurious treat.

Care information
Our chocolate is best kept in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight and strong-smelling food. The ideal conditions are 55°F to 65°F and around 50% humidity. A wine fridge is a perfect storage solution!
For longer-term storage (up to 6 months), you can freeze them by following these steps:
- Wrap the entire box tightly in several layers of plastic wrap.
- Store in the freezer.
- When ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer and allow to reach room temperature before unwrapping. (This is critical to prevent sugar or fat bloom—the rough, grayish texture.)
Thawed bonbons should be enjoyed within 2 weeks.
