We stumbled upon this dried mango recently, and loved how it was less sweet than most dried mango on the market. Good mangos are already plenty sweet, and these unsulphured mangos have less sugar added to them, and we think, are the best-tasting that we have found. The rich combination of flavors make this the perfect snacking treat with a cup of afternoon tea!
We enrobe them in 65% dark chocolate, and hand-pack them in 200g (7 oz). There are 13- 22 pcs per box, depending on the size of each mango slice.

Care information
Our chocolate is best kept in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight and strong-smelling food. The ideal conditions are 55°F to 65°F and around 50% humidity. A wine fridge is a perfect storage solution!
For longer-term storage (up to 6 months), you can freeze them by following these steps:
- Wrap the entire box tightly in several layers of plastic wrap.
- Store in the freezer.
- When ready to enjoy, remove from the freezer and allow to reach room temperature before unwrapping. (This is critical to prevent sugar or fat bloom—the rough, grayish texture.)
Thawed bonbons should be enjoyed within 2 weeks.
