Pâte de Fruit

Pâte de fruit is one of our favorite ways to enjoy the luscious summer fruits of Northern California. We revel in discovering and collecting these ephemeral delights on our early morning hikes.

After braving the brambles and insects, these fruits are carefully washed and cooked with sugar, pectin, and vanilla. After setting, each jewel-like piece is hand-cut and  finished with tangy sugar crystals. Due to the seasonality of this product, we have only a limited run of our wild plum and blackberry fruit jellies.
